Any orders that are returned due to a reason other than the product is the wrong product or the wine is tainted will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if returning a bottle that is tainted, the cork must be put back keeping all the contents in the bottle before it is returned to us in order to receive a replacement bottle. Delivery charges will not be refunded if the package is returned because there was not an adult present to sign for the wine.
